A ton of literature exists about transcending the ego or experiencing an ego death; is the Kabbalistic method of correcting the desire and/or intention a corresponding concept? Is it necessary to work in groups to accomplish this goal? How does one find a group?
To see the truth. Not just witnessing it in the heartbreaking shame of self-realization or the blinding bliss from a moment of connection, but in regular life and daily interactions. There is a great emptiness in our worldly pursuits – that’s the feeling anyway. The fact that most people near me don’t seem to recognize the hollow makes engaging in normal American life challenging.

There is a tremendous amount of information to digest. The small pieces that I have worked could be better utilized with guidance on how to learn.
