based on the content of the video itself my answer to the question was a bit like the expression “just do it”, as for instance, if an absolute beginner who needs to get used to the process, But if you already believe and pray then interacting is more natural. In general, considering the lessons and readings, i think the ways of kabbalah as expressed in this course, guide a seeker of truth more deeply into the experience of what’s being taught.
during this short time of the course, (i’m backtracking and writing this during week 4 to catch up), i’ve begun to feel something like a time-out, where the dynamism of everyday life continues as before, but just more simple. maybe it’s less chaotic, because the seemingly disparate forces of said dynamism feel like they’re merging into One and a general feeling of Goodness.
