What most inspired me in the course was the relationship between the video lessons and the recommended readings

What have I learned about myself in the process, by ‘simply’ studying the KabU lessons and reading the recommended Kabbalistic texts, was the “hidden me” that seems to be emerging in the most unexpectedly natural (and oddly most placid) way, like the truest-to-myself me (so, i suppose that’s why it seems so natural).

I wish for my fellow students in their spiritual development to experience the same gradual revelation and unfolding, by studying the KabU lessons and reading the recommended Kabbalistic texts.

The ongoing feelings of deepening gratitude for these opportunities to grow are also a part of this discovery process.

aside from a lot of things previously mentioned, i think the newest part of the lessons for me might also be teaching that work in a Kabbalistic group has to do with everyone that participates agreeing to accept others’ viewpoint when difference of opinions arise, which enables the one accepting such to see and avoid enforcing their own limited ego viewpoint, while adopting the others’ viewpoint. In this way, the collective viewpoint is gradually attained by the group, as the merging beyond each ego’s self-concern expands to include the entire group. i’ll add that it gets better after replacing what bothers you about another person with genuine concern for their part of the collective viewpoint, meaning that instead of thinking of them with associations of how they annoy you, which is a very small percent of who they really are (if at all 🙂 ), think of them with associations for their part of striving toward the higher goal with an open heart to be supportive and helpful. after reading Zohar or some Kabbalistic texts and the KabU lessons, etc, it becomes a lot easier to do these things, since thankfully, reading, etc, brings my lowest point up a bit higher. (still hoping for the best !)

Hello i’ve a couple of questions, but first is a question about one part of the below sentence quoted (in bold) from the end of the recommended reading, “Rav, Disciple and Group”; mostly, i don’t understand what it means that “we must not abandon the post”, although i do understand to a certain degree the overall meaning, since it echoes the 1st sentence of the answer. “A: Accepting another’s opinion means to live in it, to accept their ideas above your own, and agree that everything that happens is for your own good because a friend recommends it.”  i.e., “voice from Heaven” and “a representative of the Creator“.

So, this is the sentence containing the quoted part that i didn’t understand:

The minute we are faced with a dispute, we must not abandon the post and immediately accept our friends’ position.”

Thanks in advance for reading my present inquiry and for any help figuring out that part of the reading.

i think of us all over the globe with shining white lights of the collective soul and all connected to the source of Light from Above, and then with the people in my life and those i meet daily, while trying to give priority to others’ needs, ideas, desires – and, i’ve noticed in this ‘giving in and giving way” to others that, in the past, (very recent past), i had so much of “me” in the ongoing flow of reality and now it’s not there (as much), so life seems better and kinder, also the people suddenly seem more fragile and in need of comforting; as this evolves the Light grows stronger…. i see more clearly when i fall into egotism and the rebound is quicker now, plus the interference has become slighter. oh! but seeing ‘more clearly’ meant that also even the things which seemed ‘neutral’ before, i’m like “hmm, even that’s a bit egoistic, too” (who’d’ve thought that self-reflection could be so helpful; in this particular Kabbalistic way? Thanks to KabU lessons and the world of recommended readings i’m always feeling like oh! i can’t wait to see what happens next and how this all unfolds through time.)

transition in my native language implies a temporary thing, which may fit well with the weaning process from self-centered perception to “anything else”… imo, “anything else” necessarily leads away from selfishness and that could either be done alone through ‘ignoring’ one’s selfish desires and considering one’s pov irrelevant, and such similar mind-tricks and strategies or decisions… and, it seems likely that by weaning one’s self from selfishness, it seems that the developmental stages of easing into a perception of reality that is grounded in altruism would come naturally without specifically thinking of other people 🙂 . However, it would seem more efficient to add simultaneously the basic idea of ‘altruism’…, which could even be considered, at first, as a means of becoming less selfish, since prioritizing others’ needs implies being less egocentric…, but, this transition from one to the other entails … after thinking about it like this a bit, i think it sounds like a lot of work, so…, from what i’ve learned from KabU so far, i’d like to suggest it entails help from the Reforming Light, which seems to me the happiest way of weaning and glowing. I look forward to seeing what happens !

perhaps somewhat ironically, i began hoping to stop learning so much about Kabbalah (not really, but a bit 🙂 and actually “do Kabbalah”; so, when i saw Kabbalah in Action beginning soon, i looked forward to learning more. maybe more of a paradox, but tbh i think “doing Kabbalah” might be reading Zohar and other kabbalistic texts, among other things irl, too, since real life is the topic and theme of many lessons, videos and recommended reading (which i find very helpful, as they deepen the lessons’ content while shedding new light on other dimensions beyond the lessons). Thanks in advance for your efforts in putting together this course for us <3
