Is heard that kabbalists don’t need to sleep as much as regular people. I’m curious as to why this is.

There wouldn’t be any issues because the spiritual law of love will solve the roots of all the problems.

Sometimes I feel like I can’t really grasp the importance of kabbalah, in the sense that corporeal things seem more important to me. Kabbalah sometimes feels like this unattainable idea. Is this normal?
