In the video Tony drew a bridge from the box of our 5 senses box to the spiritual world. Going back to our first lesson, is the spiritual world referring to ( Assiya,Yetzirah,Berea,Atzimut,Adam) excluding complete light? How would we know if we have arose from the Machsom the disconnecting point?

How do i dilute the egoism in me? What is the egoism are we referring to?
