What is a good way to use the ego?

Is the ego the driving force behind defending a believe or view point?

I understand that a bad usage is when used for self interest at the expense of others.

A new way to understand myself. The understanding of my self with respect to the rest of the world that surround me. An inspirational curiosity to know about the upper worlds. A touch feeling to feel part of the soul of creations to everything.

Would you said that we perceive reality differently because unfulfilled and fulfilled desires?

Would the point in the heart be associated with what we love and value? How love relates to desires?

I have been touched by the thought of being part of soul that have been the source of creation. I have a much better connection with myself. Im feeling a sense of being present. Im able to receive according to my understanding of my desire and current emotional stage. I can say that new students will feel like retaking the course, just like me.
