It was clear to me that to reach Lishma state we have to change the desire to receive for ourselves, either spiritually or corporeally, in order to bestow. It seems that Lishma state will probably be attained at an old age, because it’s much harder for a young, middle-aged person to renounce the corporeal desire to receive for oneself than an old person who already experienced “almost everything” in the physical world. Isn’t that right?
The goal for which I study Kabbalah is to reach faith above reason and reduce/control my fears and anxieties.
Freedom is to choose friends more interested in internalities than externalities and connect with them spiritually.
It feels that we’re not alone in this world, that the Creator “cares” about us and we have a purpose.
My best experience was to learn the difference between attaiment and intelectual understanding. The kabbalists who have attained the upper worlds really became those qualities; nobody told them, it wasn’t simply knowledge learned from books, they felt and perceived the the Creator. This is impressive!
