How would societal dilemmas be approached differently in such a paradigm?

Such societal dilemmas would be very unlikely to arise in an interconnected paradigm, but if they did would be quickly resolved by the fact that everyone has everyone else’s best interest above their own.

It involves connection within the group under the guidance of a teacher and the proper books, as is said “love thy neighbour as thyself”.
