It teaches me for positive human connection. By finding parts of myself in everyone I meet- even those I disagree with. It taught me to develop deeper empathy and understanding for their life.
To fortify the connection with the illuminating force is to transform the vessel. To amplify its influence, you must align your own frequency or nature with the nature of the light, sharing and giving.
Be the cause not the effect. Take activities steps to turn darkness into light through selfless acts.
I am understanding more about love and compassion and understanding toward others. It’s not all about me all the time. I find myself pausing and thinking more” what am I doing and why”. My ego is still with me, but I am more aware of it. Also since starting classes in December, I find myself yearning to read Kabbalah books and spend time watching live videos, regularly.
You can’t change others so you have to change within yourself. Show more compassion and understanding toward others. We are seeing our world through our eyes, others see world through theirs. Don’t worry about what others are thinking, doing or seeing as their reality. Their ego creates their world. Work on yourself to reach spirituality.
Both classes 1& 2 were great foundational blocks to built on. Teachers were easy to understand and videos were such a great visual aid. I am a visual learner. More of a listener than a speaker.
I have always been nature oriented person ( growing my herbs and making tinctures and remedies) observing wonders of creation and Kabbalah teaches me that my inner thoughts and desires ( inner environment) directly affects the ” outer environment” or our physical world. This new understanding allows me to experience the Divine directly within the natural world. Everything is interdependent.
