The best part from the previous course was finding the attached outline in the supplemental materials.  The reason this was the best part of the course for me is that it shows the language KabU uses in a pragmatic step by step diagram. I feel this gives me a starting place to speak with others regarding my personal experiences along this path.  Additionally, in a similar way, I found the Part 1 class insightful for the same reason, i.e. that there is a shared language and approach to my own thoughts, beliefs, and experiences.
