I’ve got a question about a sentence in the Zohar. Not sure if anyone can answer. It’s in item 8 of the article “Who Created These.” It says: when ZON rise for MAN to YESHSUT.
Is it like saying: Shane goes to the store FOR milk? Or is it like saying: Shane goes to the store FOR Sarah?
In other words, is it saying that ZON rise to YESHSUT to get MAN, or is it saying that ZON rise, in place of MAN, to YESHSUT? Or am I way off, all together?
To connect with others means that I have the same desire as others. What desire? The desire to reveal the Creator. To shift from an egoistic perception of the world to an altruistic perception means that I want the Creator to be revealed to the whole world.
I hope that the Light will give us a true inner sensation of the importance of the Minyan, and that we all come to realize that that is where everything we’ve learned becomes real.
