The first step is to remember that my perception of reality is primarily guided by the biases of my Five Senses my ego and my will to receive, keeping this in my awareness allows me then to engage with what is in front of me with more responsibility and to respond rather than react with the intention to be more like the Creator and that means to see what is outside as part of creation rather than separate for me and to aim to act towards them with love

Meanwhile, the Hebrew version brought peace, calm and insight. While I still didn’t comprehend what was said explicitely, the meaning came through with love and a lot of gentleness. My body relaxed and my mind was silent, therefore I was able to receive in a more open manner.

This is also the opportunity to review my experiences until now in the context of the principle of equivalence of form permitting one to move away from the feeling of separation and the inevitable suffering that goes with it.
so that we can receive the ability to be like “it” – to feel , know and do what it is beyond the limitations of our 5 senses
