I have watched all the videos from Professor Wellman. In particular, the history of the Zohar. The writings “travelling” to so many places and then found and put together. This is an amazing story. In learning about the Book of Zohar confirms to me even more that all moves through The Creator.

I like Dr. Wellman’s classes and especially the way he explains our world corporeal and the Higher World. It is very easy to understand concepts and clear one’s mind of obstructions and confusions. The example of the angel making something real when the thing itself does not even know it is going to do. It is wonderous that for every action we perform in this corporeal world has already been programmed before we even thought of doing. That raises a question for me: if this is the way we are pressed to live our lives when actions have already been decided for us, how can we get away or stop from performing egoistic behaviors?

The video on the Zohar was amazing. The way the Zohar was introduced and explained made it for me very understandable. In my opinion, the way through the Path is through reflection. What I mean and have learned so far is to live one day and for the next day, reflect on my actions to see which ones I need to stop or start doing. The point in the heart is there for all of us. The difficult part is to recognize it and/or want to recognize it. Once it is recognized, then one is on one’s way to the Path.

Hello, I am Elisheva Placeres Madrid y Acevo, Ph.D. in Psychology. My profession has been as a psychologist. I have also taught classes in UTSA, University of San Antonio, Texas; college courses, and I founded a non profit foundation in memory of my angel, Michelle Kuri, who passed away. My faith in HaShem is huge. When I began the courses of Kabbalah learning about bestowal and egoism, it was easy for me to outline bestowal in everything I have achieved as a mother and psychologist, and as human being in this corporeal world. I have also been able to look back at my life and outline my egoism. One believes that one is living one’s life correctly. However, it is so easy to fall into unneeded purchases to improve one’s impression to others and/or to follow in other friends pathways. Fifteen years ago I began building my Jewish library. In that library, I bought the entire collection of the books of Zohar and other books regarding wisdom from the Sages, the Pirket Avot, and many more. I decided to read one book of Zohar and I was blind to what it was about. When I found small bits of videos in YouTube, I realized that I needed/wanted to learn true Kabbalah. I am grateful to all the Kabbalists and Kabbalah instructors who have dedicated their life to help one learn the truth about our corporeal world and how to return to The Creator.

Week 5 in particular had more of an impression on me because it brought everything together in one place in my mind; hence, in my habits. As a psychologist teaching Life Development from Conception to Death, our brain begins to develop first. There are over 200 billion neurons and as we develop, as human beings, our brain will know which neurons to prune and which ones to keep in terms of needing the ones that will fulfill our development to be human beings. The brain connects every part of our body. Therefore, the brain that the Creator gave us mirrors the environment where we can find Him. The actions in our bodies are decided from our brain. Therefore, we come to this world with an inbuilt huge curiosity to learn more. As we grow, we still want more; childhood, adolescence, young adults, and adults. This is Egoism. As we develop, we pick up habits, some good, some not so good depending on the friendships we make. Therefore, to understand the left foot and the right foot, one needs to first understand oneself and make a discernment of whether we take the left path or the right path. Aiming for the right path will only be accessible, after learning Kabbalah, will not be a quick jump. That is when we perform an introspect of ourselves, understand the Bestowel path and move towards it. It will not be easy if one prefers Egoism. However, after one understands the right path, once we check ourselves in terms of our habits, reflection, our new habits will form a new neuronal pathway in our brain and this new neuronal pathway is a new habit. The more good habits we perform, the more solid the pathway and the closer we get to the Creator.
