My desire for my fellow students is to no longer have our separate desires, but have one common desire to know the Creator in all of His fullness. We can build this common desire by wanting it and asking for the Creator’s help to bring it to pass.
I’m beginning to realize that I am not simply wandering around aimlessly in the desert, but there is a structured path to walk on. I need to get in sync with my spiritual development and not just go with the flow of pain and suffering.
As I see it so far, we humans, are limited in our perception of reality by our five senses. But these senses also are limited to the extent of the amount of data they receive. Furthermore, what little sense of “reality” does make it into our minds is further restricted by our beliefs, prejudices, and culture. Eventually, we begin to perceive that there is much more reality “out there.” The Wisdom of Kabbalah opens our hearts to the totality of the perception of “real” reality, and in the process makes us equivalent to the form of He who created everything, and being “like Him,” we see like He sees.
