In the first class,  I found the concept of Equivalence of Form to make sense as the key to spirituality.  In this course,  I hope to learn how to achieve this and also if it something most people accomplish or only a few.

What inspired me most is learning that the whole idea of the universe is one of a Love so great,  that it wants its creatures to reach the same level as itself.  As I studied this,  I see more and more how far I am from such a force;  how self-centered.   I also realize that you really need a spark to even begin to entertain the idea to want to change your nature from one of getting to one of always giving.  I wish my fellow students all the light and love they are seeking.

To become like it by putting others at 1 and myself at 0.

I wish for you all peace and joy in your lives.   That you find what you most deeply need.

I think most of us eventually realize that all pleasures in this life are empty.   Delicious food will lose its flavor if you eat it every day,  the once happy relationships you have with a friend or a spouse can go sour,   rock musicians who are millionaires and loved by millions of fans still overdose.  It makes sense to me the that way of receiving is a false and empty one.  I think we all feel it.  This sense of dissatisfaction.   We can distract ourselves for a while with a new car,  a fun time out with friends,  a vacation,  but it always returns.   To me, if it isn’t working,  why don’t we flip it on it’s head?   Maybe the path of bestowal is worth trying..
