Hello from the Chicago suburbs! I am currently in the Graduate Kabbalah Program with Kabu and wanted to brush up on my Hebrew. Unfortunately my Hebrew is very rusty since I was bat mitzvahed many years ago. I am excited to learn the spiritual meaning behind the letters. I also purchased the course on speaking Hebrew. Gil is an amazing instructor (as are all of the Kabu instructors) so I know I will love this course! I pray that we all find great meaning in this course and that it brings us closer to our friends and ultimately the Creator.
In this past Young Group class, the Creator was described as the Force of Nature. To me, the term “Force” suggests an impersonal energy. Can a person ever develop a personal relationship with the Creator? Does the Creator know us and love us on a personal level?
We must connect with others to correct ourselves and the human race, and the more people work together in studying kabbalah , the closer we are to the tipping point of triggering humanity’s correction and achieving the creator’s goal.
The best experience from the last course was realizing that the creator wants only good for humanity and that the reason we don’t recognize this is due to internal factors that can be changed through the wisdom of kabbalah. I would like to learn from this course some of the practical ways to make these changes.
