<p style=”text-align: left;”>Is it a lacking of spiritual perception or maybe that this tool has not yet been discovered in us so it lies dormant?

      <p style=”text-align: left;”>Probably the same thing.

Maybe we were born lacking because you have to have a foundation of oppositeness (carnality) firstly, in order to appreciate / identify spirituality.

In order to establish Balance of attainment between the created being and the Creator . We receive in equal measure as we desire we attain the Creators attributes and this enables us to be in equivalence with the Creators . This way through correction we have a comprehension of our mind as well as our heart we build a balanced relationship with our Creator .we become his image and likeness.

So they could make a choice as to whether or not they actually want this spiritual perception. If so, to consistently work towards achieving it.

We have to face discomfort for growth, and if we had spiritual perception upon birth, then we would be too comfortable and lack the desire to grow/seek spiritual understanding which ultimately drives us to become more like the Creator.
