How could we experience the upper world? I would like to know if it is “totally” or if it is like a glimpse that could be more frequent as we advance in the path.

I think and I want to believe that there is an upper world but I have not experience anything close to that. But I find studying kabbalan very compeling from a mental of view

To the true one. It is the whole reality? No, I do not think so. I believe that beyond me another reality must exist and I want to experience it and get closer to the creator.

I want to get more in touch with my inner self and with the creator. I am eager to connect with the creator but I had not been able to do that, because I feel that everything stays in my mind and it do not involve my heart.

Sadly, I realized that I have live most of my life on automatic pilot. Now, I am doing a serious effort to change that.
