Hi everyone,

I am Tom from South Carolina in the United States.  I am a beginning student of Kabbalah and what little I have learned so far has been awesome.  I want to learn more!

I had more difficulty focusing on the words giving me am intention to bestow in the English because I found myself listening to the words intellectually instead of with the heart.  In the Hebrew, I could focus on the desire to change the intention to bestowal even without understanding what was being said.

Hello.  My name is Tom, and I have been seeking after Spiritual Awareness since I was around 12 years old.  I went from the teachings of my church, the teachings of other churches, the so-called mystery teachings of mysticism and alchemy without lasting fulfillment.  I went to college and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.  Science didn’t answer the question of “Is there nothing more to life?”.  In this search, I was introduced to the teachings of Kabbalah and it is answering that question.  I am just a beginning student, but now I know that I don’t know how to properly correct myself.  I choose to be taught by authentic teachers in the authentic Kabbalah passed down from Abraham.

I want all of us to learn to connect with each other in a good way.

Receiving for one’s own pleasure.  This causes no fulfillment and leads to wanting more.  More of what others have to the point of exploiting others to get it, only to not be fulfilled and still want more.  An ever-growing desire that leads to disaster.

By having the correct teacher, the right books, and connecting to others with the same goal of spiritual awareness.

Start with correcting yourself.  Look to the beam in your own eye before pointing out the splinter in your neighbor’s eye.
