Once our point in the heart awakens, we can nuture it by learning and growing aware of the light by studying Kabbalah and putting ourselves in the right environment to support our spirituality. As mentioned in previous lessons, we can progress on the path of suffering without action from us but by using our freedom of choice, we can set our intention to progress, with the help of the light, in a more joyous way.
Thank you, Tony. I always relate to the way you explain the concepts of Kabbalah. I am recently out of an abusive relationship and am reframing that experience as something the Creator gave to me in my life so that I could learn from it, grow more deeply connected to my Self and be a better resource and example to others including my three year old daughter. I had begun the Kabbalah Revealed course several years ago but hit a wall and then spent so much energy on what felt like minimum daily survival that I couldn’t study or even think much about it. As Tony mentions, this is all part of the development process.
I like the box metaphor from Tony’s video. Inside the box, you can’t really see how the outside reality works so you assume that what you physically perceive is the totality of existence. However, something inside us has a deep knowing that there is more to life so we begin to seek spiritual answers because the physical does not bring fulfillment. I wish to perceive the ultimate reality in order to help the world be more connected to the Creator and each other in order to bring about more peace in the physical reality and draw other people to the same point in the heart, like a domino effect.
From the first lesson, I expect to review basic concepts of Kabbalah and heighten my learning and understanding. My desire is that it helps me along my path toward knowledge and experience of my true inner Self and all of Creation.
