Another way is to look at another person like is a child of God.  The way you look at a person will change your toughts toward that person.

I wish that humanity will feel that they are blessed, loved and protected by God at this moment and forever.

I am taking the time for blessings my drink or meal and also every being that are involve.  I ask God to fill them with the divine light.  I started with a few blessings and I add up the occasions for blessings.  That rise up the vibration in my heart.

I become more aware of the impact my thoughts can have on the collective consciousness.

By changing the perception of my reality, what use to interest me has lost interest.  My energy rise up, I am more in connected to my heart.
