Nuria,
You are breifly describing the next set of spiritual operations that take place after phase 4.
There are many more spiritual process that take place, the restriction and then the building of the spiritual worlds and the partzufim and sefirot, the shattering of the vessel and the corrections of the vessel and its rising back up through all of the worlds.
All of those processes will follow the same primordial template from the 4 phases.

Susan,
Each of us makes our own God in our minds and emotions based on what we learned.
Here in the wisdom of kabbalah we want to know and merge with Him.
We will learn an entire method of how to arrange ourselves slowly through inner discernments to discover, where am I as a receiver existing and where is He as the bestowing force existing.
Yes, through thinking about these things, through asking Him, praying, all of these things calibrate us to Him.
Add in them all the time.

The distance between us and the next spiritual degree is many times greater than the distance between us and animal degree.
So image if you are trying to convince an animal about rising to the next degree..imagine the difficulty.
Everything you wrote is in the correct direction. We are preparing to enter a new perception of reality and it comes from a force that is higher than the two opposing or paradoxical forces.
Soon we will learn about the Kabbalistic group that we plant ourselves in. This group stabilizes and supports us through all of these states so that we can rely on faith above reason when our mind and body cannot  agree with holding two opposites at one time.

David,
I don’t know the extent that they were versed in the wisdom of kabbalah but yes of course, there were Arabs that came to learn with the sages. We also find that the Sufis have a serious method themselves, I don’t know it but from what I have heard, it is a real method.
