My guess, following what I’ve learnt so far is that freedom lies in how we direct our intention, everything else happens according to His plan. The reforming light helps us to correct our desires and thus uncover the internal compass that will help us develop this new sense. True freedom may be an aspect of this new sensation of the world.
when I try to imagine the sensation of “there is none else beside him”… well, this is difficult, so I’ll list some things that I know from experience.
I know that there is a feminine and masculine quality embedded in my experience and that I feel this as one. I imagine that the masculine/ penetrating force generates or gives me the light of consciousness, and the feminine/ receiving force is somehow what the light makes contact with and therefore this enables the consciousness to spring up out of the connection between them. Since the creator is the unified force of nature and is all encompassing, it doesn’t matter whether I sense Him or not because He is happening regardless of my comprehension or degree of sensation of His bestowing.
So I guess if I were to imagine the sensation of “there is none else beside him” then I would have some level of understanding or attainment that would enable me to feel what He wants to give most?
I really appreciated that I could study at my own pace as this allowed me to work around my weekly commitments. I also enjoyed reading through the forums.
be persistent with nurturing the desire to feel/know the upper force, and keep returning to focus on study.
I resonated with Eliyahu’s comment #190545 about organizing one’s life to connect with the correct environment. Attila’s comment #190543 and Margaret’s comment #190648 were also helpful to read and I would have written similar words here.
It is so beautiful reading the comments here! I feel uplifted and I think this community might be very kind despite us all jostling with our egos.
I hope we can understand each other and build a warm place of mutual connection.
I would say to my fellow students, don’t give up! Even when life gets tough and when it’s hard to find time to study, it’s ok because the most important thing is you nurture the point in the heart.
