Being ignored is a sign of rejection and our nature is take and consume. Satisfaction fills the ego and if the ego will not be filled then man simply will not engage because there is no satisfaction
competition inspires production and consumption. Allowing someone to be too strong shows less dominance so keeping the worker at a negative ratio to management keeps them manageable. Competition also divides, unity is strength and most managers dont want unity unless is in obedience only not inspired thought. Division is the key to control and this is what keeps the machine a machine and not a soul
It makes sense because sharing is better for learning. One person may feel they have the answer but can be on a whole different thought process than a solution. I ask a lot of questions in KabU to make sure my train of thought is on the right “track”
