I have come to realise the connectedness of everyone and everything, and how we are all pieces of each other. This realisation is very humbling within itself. However, I find the knowledge that our Creator is pure altruism is a wake-up call in itself. After all, how could I not know that, if I just take a look at and really ponder the beauty of creation and the miracle of nature? It’s mesmerising…………

Are we given instructions or tools through the Kabbalah on recognizing the Reshimot and how to receive/manage each Reshimo, as it arrives? Thank you in advance for your help and clarity on this matter.

I would like my perception of reality to encompass all things spiritual and so far unseen, in order that I might experience a sense of the divine and eternal reality, instead of the material perception.
