By meditating on these words “There is none else besides Him”. A thing doesn’t make itself, hence everything is created!

The best experience is being able to ask a question and to get a response from a real kabbalist!

1. Structured course guidance, and actual teachers that take the time to answer people’s question is such an amazing and wonderful thing. Thank you so much.

2. I’m learning to pace myself with the kabbalistic texts as the light that is in them can have an impact on my day-to-day life.

Yes common sense. I suppose i am just getting used to how my body etc reacts from the light in the texts. Rest assured my mental state is great! Thank you so much for replying.

prayer, not requests, actual soul-searching prayer, changing our qualities to suit those of the upper one. things like life is such a gift, we did nothing to deserve life! As it says (i think) the Creator is pure bestowal.
