I think that by faith in the Creator, to the place of seeking Him only. Being willing to relinquish everything spiritually and physically in order to surrender to His absolute control of all creation.

I was greatly affected by a question in last weeks forum. A gentleman was asking whether the teachings of Kabbalah were going to be an appropriate place for him because he dealt with social anxiety. I wanted so much to respond to him in this way, YES! I believe that it is possible that the information we are being given will have a wonderful impact on everyone whose heart is open and who desires to experience true peace and contentment in the mist of a life that is always tumultuous.

All the teachings and recommend reading make me feel like they were written for me. I’m gaining insight of myself in a very honest way. I also have a greater excitement of my future.

My expectation was to gain some understanding of what Kabbalah is and how it can affect my life.
