Is it possible to be reincarnating in the same life, almost like a loop, yet repeating with certain specific points in time by making a different choice? Or will it always be a different body and completely different circumstances. For example: (imaginary situation): Sally is born and at 10 years old has a fight with a friend, or steals something from that friend… Sally ends her bodily life, but returns to the same time of birth as Sally, but this time she chooses to not steal or fight with the friend. And so on, until all desires are corrected.
Understanding that my suffering up to this point had a meaning which before I saw as disproportionate and unjust. It wasn’t for nothing. It had a purpose. That makes it easier to accept it.

That was indeed one of the experiences: I was not aware of my body any longer it was very peaceful.
In one of my recent vivid dreams, though, I received a kiss from a man who I could not see the face of, at first it felt it could be a friend of mine who I’ve been in love with for a while, then I thought it was my son’s father (we have been divorced for 18 years), but it was neither of them and I could not see his face, but the kiss felt very real, it was sensual, but not sexual and for a while I could vividly sense that I could either wake up there and see what that reality was or wake up here, there was a moment of suspension where I was certain these were two realities and not just another dream state, and when I finally woke up here, my heart was racing and I was awash in an amazing feeling of Love and excitement about my life in general :). This dream did happen very shortly after I became aware of Kabbalah and started listening to videos and classes…
