i identified with the rise/fall of spiritual development, and i am glad it is not just me. i am looking forward to the second part of this course for a deeper dive into the methodology. i hope my fellow students persevere through the darker moments and keep climbing the ladder.

i am hoping this course, and part 2, will provide a more formal methodology of practical implementation.
