I think checking yourself often is a great way to fortify your connection. Asking yourself if the actions that you are performing on a daily basis, are they egotistical, or are they altruistic. If you can answer that question honestly, that will amplify the influence the upper light has on your life.

Being honest with yourself. Knowing your egoistic desires and asking yourself if you are performing an action for you and your self-centeredness. Or am I performing an action that is beneficial to all creatures in creation; being altruistic and acting with love.

I hope to understand and apply the wisdom of Kabbalah to my everyday life. To connect with all of the other souls on their journey like me, through the equivalence of form, we attain the attributes of the creator.

I hope to further my understanding of the thought of creation. Getting in tune with my soul, that part of me that is a part of the creator and to strengthen it so that I may become closer to Him and become like Him.

Learning the fundamentals of the science. Understanding who and what the creator is and wants from us, the creatures; his creation. I expect to learn how to take Kabbalah and apply it to my everyday life.
