I have understood that we human vessels are a type of co-creator in the since that Light, Giver, Permeates and penetrates every aspect of existence. Light, therefore, gives us thoughts, and nothing is created without the thought of man. In fact, Giver seems to give only us certain thoughts, dreams, aspirations, and etc. We are the only species attempting space flight, business, writing, art, etc. my question is, how does a Kabbalist understand/explain the passionate drive of man to create? Is this drive to create a rocketship, for example, just part of the program of receiving the idea (desire) and NOT an actual action of creation on the behalf of man?
Have we the creature obtained a certain level already? Or does every new soul even after 1995 have to go through all these stages in one lifetime?
My question is something like.. if we are always receiving delight, the light itself, and only how we perceive what we are receiving makes it good or bad, how do I navigate something like the pull of alcohol or some other alcoholism/addiction? My “grand scheme” questions of why am I here, and where am I going, are always there. Yet what is this that I feel called to sobriety, yet pulled toward the delight of a few beers? Are both these “calls” the Light just perceived from different perception? Are they calls/pulls from two different creators? If not (which I understand is the case because there is only one Creator) why do I feel both?
