Our human love is very selfish, and I feel that to “Love thy neighbor as thyself” we must gain a much deeper understanding of what love really is. From a Kabbalistic point of view, what is love? And is the point in the heart the beginning of love? Also, is love the element that directly enables us to bestow?
When I was 40 years old I had a dream of a pyramid although the term “temple” was impressed upon me. Three quarters of it was submerged in still water, (and I felt the immensity of it though I couldn’t see it). What I could see was the top quarter of it above the water shining like diamond and beautiful in the light. There was blurred plant life in the background. I got the impression that the “temple” represented me but I never knew how to correctly interpret this dream. Here I am seven years later listening to this information about the inanimate, vegetative, animate and speaking and feel strongly that this is connected. Can anyone help with this kind of question? Thank you ☺️
When I ask for the Creator to change me and my perception, I also ask for the same thing for everyone so that we can all reach a higher level together. Does this type of prayer actually benefit others since the Upper Light does not change? Must each person do this for themself?
Or is it only MY perception that is incorrect since everything exists inside me? Then when it is corrected, I will see the rest of the world corrected?
My intent in studying is not just for myself, but largely for others as well. I think of the suffering in the world and it breaks my heart. If I can help ease the pain in this world by learning and implementing this wisdom, then I want to learn everything.
Yes. And the more I become aware of that, the “deeper” I see into things, the more I see the wisdom of Kabbalah. I see that my perception is based in my ego. I think I am performing an action selflessly, but then a veil is lifted and I see that my action was really for my ego. I am grateful for this sight. Thank you all for being here to help one another learn and grow. We are blessed by our beautiful Creator. ❤️
